After extensive development, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new eRegister application system. With eRegister, applying for work is a simple step-by-step process. Following the “tabs” at the top of each page allows applicants to track their progress. They can also save partially completed applications to finish at a later time.
The process is divided into two parts: First, the applicant completes basic information about their professional experience, skills, and job interests. We recommend that applicants additionally upload their resume to provide us with the greatest understanding of their work history. Once this information is submitted, a TemPositions personal representative will be able to match applicants with current job openings and invite potential candidates in for an interview. Part two is completed in office and asks for more confidential-type information that is only required as part of our hiring process. Even I9 and tax forms are completed online. The process is streamlined, simple, and extremely user friendly.
eRegister is being rolled out by division. Currently TemPositions Office, AcctPositions, CompuForce, The Desktop Group/The Creative Bureau, HR Staffing Solutions, Magill Search, School Professionals, TemPositions Eden Hospitality, and Vintage/TemPositions have been upgraded to the new eRegister. The new system will be expanded in the near future to all of our divisions, including TemPositions Health Care, School Professionals SES Tutoring, and On Call Counsel.
